Shipping policy

Orders & Shipping:

• Please note physical cards will be shipped from our Sydney office, Monday-Friday only.
• A postage fee will apply for Physical Gift Cards.
• Additional $10 gift packaging applies for each card purchased.
• Please note we use Australia Post for our gift card distribution. Sometimes, through factors outside of our control, there can be delays in delivery times for postage. As such, if your order is time sensitive, we highly recommend purchasing a digital gift card.
• Standard postage is approximately 3-5 business working days.
• Express postage is approximately 1-3 business working days.
• For incorrect orders placed by the purchaser, corrections may be made if notification is received prior to dispatch.
